Your Project Files & Documents

When you submit drawings, blueprints, or specifications to us, we treat those files with the highest level of confidentiality. Specifically:

• Project files are stored on secure, access-controlled servers
• Files are only accessed by the estimators assigned to your project
• We do not share your project files with any other clients or third parties
• Anonymized project data (with all identifying information removed) may be used internally for training our estimating team and improving accuracy
• We may display anonymized sample work in our portfolio (e.g., the sample downloads on our website). No client names, company names, addresses, or identifying project details are ever included without your explicit written consent

If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before submitting your documents, we are happy to sign one. Contact us to request an NDA.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected:

• Project files and estimates: Retained for 3 years after project completion, then securely deleted — unless you request deletion sooner
• Contact and account information: Retained for as long as you are an active client, plus 3 years
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by US tax and financial regulations
• Website analytics data: Retained for up to 26 months, then deleted or anonymized

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting us at the address below.

We take the security of your information seriously. Our security measures include:
